Overview Vision & Mission Governing Legislation Regulatory Environment Revenue REMCo Board Organisation Structure Members   REMCo is governed by a Board of Directors which comprises: 4 Directors nominated by Gas Retailers; 2 Directors nominated by Network Operators; and 2 Independent Directors. The Directors of REMCo are: Mr John Dawkins AO (Chairman)   – Independent Director Ms Anne Tregonning   – Independent Director Mr Rodney Sparkes   – nominated by Gas Retailer Mr Dennis Barnes   – nominated by Gas Retailer Mr Ralph Mignone   – nominated by Network Operator Mr Victor Browner   – nominated by Gas Retailer Ms Deborah Evans   – nominated by Network Operator Mr Trevor James   – nominated by Gas Retailer Each of the industry directors is also eligible to nominate an alternate to attend Board meetings. An audit committee has been established. This committee is chaired by Ms Tregonning and also includes Mr Barnes and Ms Evans.
