Overview Vision & Mission Governing Legislation Revenue REMCo Board & Members Organisation Structure   REMCo is governed by a Board of Directors which comprises: 2 Independent Directors (1 of which is to be the chair); 1 Director nominated by the majority Retailer; 1 Director nominated by the majority Network Operator; and 2 Directors nominated by members other than the majority Retailer and the majority Network Operator. The Directors of REMCo are: Independent Director:   Ms Samantha Tough Independent Director:   Ms Anne Tregonning Director nominated by the majority Retailer:   Mr Victor Browner Director nominated by the Network Operator:   Ms Deborah Evans Director nominated by other member:   Mr Trevor James Director nominated by other member:   Mr Paul Keay Each of the industry directors is also eligible to nominate an alternate to attend Board meetings. The Board has established an “Audit and Risk Committee”, which is currently chaired by Ms Tregonning. The Board is reconsidering this committee’s structure and membership following the transition of responsibility for administering the South Australian gas retail market to the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). Members Any entity acting as a retailer or network operator in the Western Australian gas retail market is required to be a Member of REMCo.
